Terms and conditions

1. The Client undertakes to pay for the ordered services in accordance with the value date on the invoice.
2. The last day to reject an invoice is the value date.
3. In the event of enforcement, the hours used are calculated according to the applicable price list.
4. Until the invoice is paid in full, the subject matter of the invoice, including any copyrights, remains the property of the contractor.
5. In the event of non-payment by the value date, the client is obliged to pay the usage fee for the invoiced item/-s, including any copyrights, in the amount of EUR 250 + VAT / day.
